Attorney Paul E. Stroebel earned his Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2017, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif (a distinction given to the top ten percent of the graduating class), a member of the West Virginia College of Law Moot Court, and a student attorney for the College’s General Legal Clinic. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 2013, magna cum laude.
